MOTIVATION
"There was never an alternative for education in the 15 years of competitive sport. Mechanical engineering has been long the idea to be the profession of my greatest interest. By the time and with the experience from rowing increased my interest in solving problems as a member of a team and in complex environments. Resulting from that my motivation today is adjusted project management and optimized collaboration to reach challenging and innovative goals which can keep or make this place more attractive to work and live at."
